HD Live is the newest and best ultrasound technology currently available. Like 3D and 4D, you can see the baby's features, but the images are smoother, incredibly detailed, and more accurate to life than 3D images.
Strongest Light for Clarity
GE's HD live ultrasound technology uses a unique and moveable light source inside the probe that provides both 3D and 4D imaging but "lights up" the baby, making it possible for soon-to-be-parents to see the facial expressions of their baby. We can change the position of the light to get a clearer view of your baby's lips, nose, eyelids, etc.
Depth Perception

FAQ
3D and 4D ultrasounds use the same frequency as your doctor's in a standard 2D ultrasound. Ultrasounds have been used for over 35 years, and there have been no proven side effects from their proper use.
No, we do not accept insurance because this is an elective procedure.
It depends on what you're looking to see. Many mothers like coming in twice, early on at 15-26 weeks, when they can see more of the baby's body, and then again at 25-34 weeks to see more detailed features. Your baby develops more fat between 28 and 32 weeks and gets a more defined face. After 34 weeks, it becomes more challenging to obtain a clear picture since the baby is running out of room. However, all babies are different, and we have successfully obtained great images through most stages of development.
Drink plenty of water several days before your appointment to ensure your amniotic fluid is clear. We recommend at least 100 oz of water consumption daily for at least a week before your ultrasound session. About half an hour before your scan, drink a cup of fruit juice so that your baby will be awake during your session (unless you are told not to by your physician). You don't need a full bladder for the day of your ultrasound session.
Our number one priority is to obtain the best images of your baby and make sure you are satisfied with our service. We use top-of-the-line ultrasound equipment to ensure this. However, some factors that determine the outcome of your ultrasound are out of our control. The location of your placenta, the amount of amniotic fluid surrounding your baby, the clarity of the amniotic liquid, maternal BMI, the baby's position, & the overall fetal environment may hinder our ability to obtain clear images. Suppose we are unable to determine the gender of your child or obtain 3D/4D images at your scheduled appointment due to these factors mentioned above. In that case, you will be asked to reschedule & come back within a week for ONE rescan session at no charge. You will forfeit your rescan if you NO SHOW your free rescan session.
There are already several things for new parents to be worried about, and hidden fees should not be one of them. That's why we are transparent and upfront about all costs. There are no hidden fees or worries! If your bundle of joy is a little camera shy, we will reschedule a second appointment at no charge within a week. You will forfeit your rescan if you NO SHOW your free rescan session.
Yes, we are by appointment only. You should arrive about 5 minutes earlier than your scheduled time. It will take about 5 minutes to get checked in and pay for your session
We charge $35 per additional fetus, but we will also provide more time for the session.
